Comes with 2 pair of Sticks a DW 5000 double pedal, a drum throne not pictured, and a replacement mesh head. This item is in solid shape, and Ive taken great care of it since I bought it. There is a little wear on cymbals and pads but not much. The kick drum cable has been replaced and is run through the aux port on the brain and into the kick pad.
