I used it on two tours with guitar legend John Scofield and 1 tour with 9 time Grammy winners, The Manhattan Transfer. The drums are lightweight, durable, full of tone and super punchy and in EXCELLENT condition. I must sell as is with the featured hardware and xtra kick. Great kit for a studio or club where different styles of music are played. This kit covers it all! The 18 Oak Kick Drum is a custom order from Japan. The 22″ is 17″ deep and gives it that extra low end. 22″x17″ and 18″x16″ bass drums. 10″, 12″ and 14 toms. 14″x7″ snare drum. 2 Yamaha boom stands. All in great condition. Existing heads are ok. Evans G1 top, resonant bottoms. I have attached photos of the cheapest deals I’ve found online. They’re all shells only meaning no hardware and with less drums and some have no snare. You’ll have 2 different size kicks for different musical situations, snare and hardware with double bass drum pedal! Can’t beat it! This is an excellent price. Remember, this is an endorser kit, and was only handled by pro techs on pro tours. The toms and snare shells have been made with 6-plies of oak, while the bass drum is a bit thicker at 7-plies. They’ve all been made using Yamaha’s Air Seal System which has helped to make the shells consistent. When shopping for kits, remember hardware is an added , this kit comes with all you’ll need to set up and play. Including the tom mount! To hang the toms, Yamaha give you their Enhanced Sustain System (YESS). This attaches to the toms with only two bolts, again the idea is to disprupt the shells as little as possible. The floor tom also uses this system, with the leg clamps connecting to it with two bolts each. Message me if you’re interested. I listed as local only. Do not ask me to package the drums for free.
