DW5000 Double Bass Drum Pedal. Used, it is missing a T bolt and the left chain is missing the little adjustment pin shown in last two pictures, I used a heavy duty wire tie which works great actually. The T Bolt & Pin part is easily replaced cheap. All works fine the way it is or replace a few nuts & bolts from the hardware store. Pedal is working good, one kicker pad better than other.
