This item is used but is practically in near perfect new condition. I have owned this pedal for around 4 years. It was new when I brought the item. There does not appear to be any scratches or damage to the paint. All the parts are present and work nicely. You can see from the condition of the chains how little this pedal has been used and what good condition it is in The only obvious signs of wear is on the original beaters on the felt side. However this is purely cosmetic and they are in great condition The drum key attached to the main pedal is still with the item. All the bolts and parts are complete Still with the original DW hard wearing plastic carry case. The case itself has scuffs and slight marks from being moved around and stored, however there are no dents or damage to the clasps. It will be tracked and signed for.
