Pearl Export Double Bass Drum Kit – 22″, 22″, 16″12″ Including hardware and 14 Snare drum. Please note picture one is just for illustration and what is included is shown in pictures two through to twelve. You are look at a working kit that has been gigged and consequently has cosmetic scuffs and dinks across all of the drums but the bass drum hoops have the majority of the battle scars! The bass drums had different hoops and slightly different claws. You can see the front hoops match and the rear hoops match each other but one of the front hoops is more marked since it was of course initially on the batter side and has clamping marks from the bass pedal. The hanging tom is good apart from one panel but this is at the rear of the drum. The floor tom has fewer marks than the bass drum and the snare drum is in the best condition in terms of cosmetics. The kit still presents well on stage as you can see from the pictures and there are no issues with any of the shells or fittings. As I pointed out this was, up until the CV-19 fiasco, being regularly gigged and it has been very well maintained. There are no issues with any of the components and all of the hardware has been thoroughly checked over and cleaned. Anything that needed doing has been done. The chrome across the kit is generally good with just the odd bit of tarnishing/pitting on some of the pieces. The only item that is not Pearl is the 14″ x 5″ snare drum which has a wood shell and blends well with the other drums. This good quality drum is made by the Australian company Ashton and it has a quick release throw off snare release. Maturity is of course a good thing in terms of musical instruments and you can easily find this item being played on You Tube.
